    Join to make car ownership fun & sustainable and play a key role to fulfill our mission to build the most popular car ownership provider in the world. We launched in 2019, offering an all-inclusive car-subscription in Europe.

    // Mission

    As a People Manager at, working closely with the VP People, you are a vital part of the People team and responsible to build up one of our dearest assets - our team. You will own the process from writing the job description to signing candidates and, therefore, work closely with the hiring managers of different departments. You are the interface to applicants and function as an ambassador of and our culture. You will further introduce new processes and strategies for one of our people areas that enable to grow fast and effectively with maximum employee satisfaction.

    // Objectives

    • Source new talent: You will be responsible for winning new talent (tech, business) for all our teams. You will further introduce new people acquisition processes, standards and measures that enable to grow fast and effectively.
    • Assess and convert candidates: You will engage deeply with the candidates, conduct multiple interviews, and finally test whether they are an excellent fit to
    • Own and improve the process: You will communicate with candidates across all channels and throughout the entire hiring lifecycle including onboarding. Your goal is to ensure the best candidate experience and work closely with the VP People to constantly improve our recruiting process.
    • Be an ambassador of You are the first touchpoint for many people with Promote our values and as “best place to work” throughout the whole recruitment process and on all used portals. Provide analytical and well documented reports. Further, you are role-modeling our values to your colleagues.
    • Support the business: You act as trusted advisor for all people related matters to one of our departments, becoming a true “People Partner” and taking care of everything that comes with it.
    • Own one of our key people areas: You are responsible for building and executing our strategy in either recruiting, personal development, employer branding, internal processes or office management. You will do this together with the VP People, always keeping the happiness of our current employees in mind.
    • Challenge senior management: You are the interface to the candidates and the team. Enrich senior management with your insights and challenge the status quo.

    // Skills and requirements​

    • Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor in psychology or business administration from a top-tier university.
    • 0-2 years of experience in a fast-growing startup or other high performance environment.
    • You are fluent in German and English.
    • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
    • Ability to win AAA players as part of our team.
    • High level of insight into human nature that helps in driving others to improve their performance and achieve their best in current and future roles.
    • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers.
    • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and coordinate multiple projects.
    • People person, yet with a service orientation, strong data-driven mindset and a getting-things-done attitude.
    • Excellent organization skills and joy in planning ahead.
    • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry.
