  • Join finn.auto to make car ownership fun & sustainable and play a key role to fulfill our mission of building the most popular car subscription platform in the world. We launched in 2019, offering a monthly flexible car-subscription in Europe.

    // Mission

    As Growth & Retention Manager at finn.auto, you will be directly responsible for overseeing demand generation, converting and engaging prospects across multiple channels. You develop a process from scratch to nurture and build trust with users and customers. You will share the responsibility to drive subscription growth and build one of the best and most trusted customer experiences in ecommerce.

    // Objectives

    • Build a word-class conversion journey improving our conversion rates: Develop the process to convert our users off the website and improve our communication strategy. Outperform our existing process by 100%.
    • Convert customers: Experiment and execute the conversion journey yourself to see the first results. Support in building the team to execute your proven process.
    • Nurture and build trusted relationships: Improve and lengthen our nurture journey, enabling interested users to get relevant information - no matter where they are in their buying decision.
    • Segment our users and identify potential for personalization: Segment our users to improve the efficiency of your efforts. Individualize communication across various channels and predict the likelihood of conversion for customers.
    • Generate insights for product and marketing: Collect insights about our customers and enable your colleagues to implement your learnings and knowledge in their daily work.

    // Skills And Requirements​

    • Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field from a top-tier university.
    • 1+ years of professional experience in high performance environments, ideally in e-commerce environments related to CRM & direct sales efforts.
    • Experience in managing high uncertainty, building and implementing processes from scratch.
    • Interest and first experience in customer segmentation, funnel and cohort analysis.
    • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers.
    • Track-record in experimenting continuously with new strategies and frameworks.
    • Top performer with an ability to execute targeted actions in a timely, goal-oriented manner.
    • Ambitious character that stands out for an intrinsic motivation for the best self and team performance.
    • Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
    • Outcome-oriented mindset with the willingness to embrace the struggle if things get tough.
    • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry.
    • Native German speaker
