    Join to make car ownership fun & sustainable and play a key role to fulfill our mission of building the most popular car subscription platform in the world. We launched in 2019, offering a monthly flexible car-subscription.

    As Head of Customer Product at, you are directly responsible for defining an amazing and engaging experience for our customers after they signed up for a subscription with To achieve this, you will set the vision, derive a strategy and lead the development of a stellar subscription (e.g. add-on services) and digital customer product (web and mobile). The innovative services the product offers will not only be engaging for our customers and create additional revenue but also enable the scale of our customer care team by reducing manual workload through self-services. In close collaboration with other departments, your ultimate goal is to maintain our phenomenal NPS score and to support retention.

    • Drive a winning product strategy & roadmap: With your visionary nature, it is your responsibility to define a vision and strategy for our subscription and customer product. Based on your deep understanding of our customer’s needs, your ultimate goal is to turn our customers into fans by providing meaningful and engaging services.
    • Implement an exceptional customer experience: You are responsible for designing and implementing a top notch customer journey after signing. Your focus will be to maximize excitement of our customers before they receive their car and to ensure a seamless experience during the subscription. Your efforts provide the highest level of customer satisfaction leading to a world-class NPS.
    • Build an engaging digital customer product: With sound experience in product management, you lead the development and roll out of our active customer product (web and app). In close collaboration with your Product Manager and Tech Team, you deliver features that put our customers in the driver seat and enable our customers to manage their subscription easily, e.g. via implementing self-services.
    • Support to define “subscription” at In addition to the described web/app product, you also contribute to shape and expand our core subscription product by rolling out add-on services (e.g. charging cards). The services should not only provide additional benefits to our customers but also add revenues for To get there, you will find and onboard the best partners and services providers out there.
    • Hire and lead a winning team: You will lead and structure a team of AAA players. Working closely with your team, you will go the extra mile to coach and develop your team members on a daily basis.

    // Skills and Requirements​

    • Graduated top of your class with a Masters degree in business administration, technology management or similar from a top-tier university.
    • 4+ years of professional experience in building customer-facing products from the ground up, preferably in a high performance environment like a fast-growing startup.
    • Ability to constantly see the bigger picture and manage to inspire others with your visions. You are always one step ahead through anticipatory action and come up with effective new plans for growing the product.
    • Track-record in designing exciting, innovative and high-quality customer journeys.
    • Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
    • Customer obsession and eagerness to develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and joy in precise working.
    • Experience in leading and coaching others.
    • Ability to hire AAA players for your team (and the company).
    • Automation-first mindset.
    • Fluent in German and English.
