    // Mission

     

    As a Senior Partnership Manager at FINN, you are going to be part of the User Acquisition team and will be directly responsible for overseeing demand generation and marketing efforts across our partners. Collaborating with multipliers, blogs, influencers, and other publishers, you establish strategic relationships. You identify the best performing partners which empower users to authentically discover the advantages of our product You will have the responsibility to drive user growth and spread the story of FINN.

    // Objectives

      • Generate demand: Significantly grow the number of acquired users by establishing strategic partnerships, while ensuring we meet our cost-per-customer targets.
      • Track and improve efficiency: Develop a KPI framework and use it to track and optimize performance. Make sure we focus on the winning publishers and stay as efficient as possible.
      • Experiment to fuel our growth: Be eager to continuously explore and try out new partners to address underserved user groups and drive user growth.
      • Build the next automotive consumer brand: Develop FINN's brand and communication to build the most trusted and well-known brand in on-demand car ownership. Enable publishers to tell our story effortlessly and consistently.
      • Find the best publishers and steer marketing budget: Engage with and challenge senior management on the best partners with your insights and steer the 7-digit partnerships budgets. Apply your learnings to redefine our ideal target audience.

    // Skills and Requirements

      • Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field  from a top-tier university.
      • Ideally, 3+ years of professional experience in affiliate, partnership or influencer marketing, preferably in e-commerce environments selling directly to consumers.
      • Experience in managing strategic partnerships, acquiring publishers and influencers and selling complex consumer products through content commerce and social influencers.
      • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers.
      • Strong negotiation and deal closing skills.
      • Proactive mindset with an eagerness to think outside the box and enrich the team with new, creative ideas.
      • Strong solution finding abilities and a can-do attitude  to overcome challenges.
      • Reliable character with a great intrinsic motivation to work and a predisposition to carry out set goals and agreements.
      • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry.
