    // Mission

     

    As a Brand Marketing Manager at FINN, working with the VP Marketing, you are part of the User Acquisition team and will be directly responsible for growing the brand awareness of FINN using all paid channels. You will define the first impression of users,make them aware of our brand and product offering and make them fall in love with it. In addition, it will be your responsibility to drive brand recognition and brand reach. You will build the leading car ecommerce consumer brands. Focus particularly on channels with a high reach, such as radio, out of home and TV.

    // Objectives

      • Build up brand marketing campaigns: Organize brand campaigns from scratch. Define objectives, KPIs, channels and budgets. Make sure the strategy and setup is aligned with our brand and business goals.
      • Build brand awareness: Develop national marketing plans for brand campaigns, working within cross-functional teams with designers and agencies to reach millions. 
      • Track and improve efficiency: Develop incrementality tests and use surveys to measure the impact of your campaigns. Continuously optimize within channels as well as the channel mix and budgets. Make sure we stay as efficient as possible while growing fast.
      • Tell our story across paid channels: Transform our brand and product offering into winning marketing campaigns and messages on paid channels. Work together with our Head of Content, designers and videographers to create performing creatives.

    // Skills and Requirements

      • Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
      • 2+ years of professional experience in brand-guided marketing, ideally in e-commerce environments selling directly to consumers.
      • In-depth experience creating and managing B2C marketing plans, including an emphasis on generating brand awareness.
      • Track record with offline marketing (TV, out of home).Ideally, experience managing large marketing budgets.
      • Top performer with an ability to execute targeted actions in a timely, goal-oriented manner.
      • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers.
      • Proactive mindset with an ability to think outside the box and enrich the team with new, creative ideas.
      • Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
      • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry.
