    // Mission

     

    As Chapter Lead Inside Sales at FINN, you are going to be part of the Customer Sales team in our User Acquisition department and will be directly responsible to lead, grow and develop your team of Customer Sales Representatives. You will oversee the team’s  KPIs and work closely with the sales organization to develop scalable processes. You ensure that we systematically collect our customers’ feedback to build one of the best and most trusted customer experiences in e-commerce in close collaboration with our VP Customer Sales.

     

    // Objectives

      • Lead and grow a world-class team: Hire and lead a team of AAA Customer Sales Representatives which delivers outstanding results and lives and breathes the FINN values.
      • Set, monitor and optimize the KPIs of the Inside Sales team: Monitor the inside sales team’s KPIs, such as the conversion rate, the number of transactions and the adoption of different sales channels. Make sure we meet our targets to continuously grow our customer base. 
      • Generate insights from our customers’ feedback: Systematically collect feedback from our Customer Sales Representatives to generate insights for the entire organization in order to continuously improve our offering and customer experience.
      • Improve our processes: Identify and implement opportunities for improvements in our inside sales processes in close collaboration with the Chapter Lead Retention and the VP Customer Sales.

    // Skills and Requirements

      • Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor’s degree.
      • 2+ years of professional experience in high performance environments, ideally in e-commerce environments related to CRM & direct sales efforts.
      • Experience in leading and coaching others.
      • Fluent in German and English.
      • Excellent organization skills.
      • Meticulous attention to detail and joy in precise working.
      • Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
      • Ability to hire AAA players for your team.
      • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry.
