Job Description

For our client, we are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Test Engineer. As a Tier One supplier for seat, our team is responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, comfort, and functionality.

Detailed Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Rigging and testing automotive components to ensure they are functioning correctly

– Creating and executing automated test scripts

– Analyzing Can Logs to identify and troubleshoot issues

– Developing and maintaining test rigs using Vector tooling and scripts

– Ensure products meet requirements

Requirements:

– Minimum of 3+ years of experience in automotive testing or a related field

– Strong experience with rigging and getting a rig to work, as well as with Vector and Canoe

– Experience with automation and scripting, including Python and C programming

– Excellent hardware knowledge and testing knowledge, with a focus on automotive testing

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
