To be successful in this role you will need to have:
The right attitude: High aptitude for sales and target delivery. Excellent communicator and stakeholder management (external and internal). Proactive and flexible approach to high growth organization.
Experience: Proven experience selling strategic consultancy, contractor or recruitment services within the life science industry (e.g. Drug/Device development, Regulatory, Compliance and Quality Assurance, CMC/GMP/CDMO services)
Performance: Proven track record selling a high volume of contracts across multiple customer segments and regions. Proven ability to evaluate customers needs and match to ProPharma Group service lines.
Main Responsibilities:
Support development of sales plans and execute sales strategies
Identify new customer leads
Manage existing customer base to maximize sales opportunities
Perform effective capabilities presentations and identify customer requirements
Lead the sales process with proposal team and internal SME’s
Communicate ProPharma Group solutions to customer and drive through to contract award
Lead contract negotiation process
Experience with tracking and reporting within CRM systems (preferable SalesForce)
Qualifications
Languages – English (Fluent), (second language in German, Dutch or Swedish is useful but not essential)
Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a focus on Life Sciences.
Thorough knowledge of Life Sciences Industry, proven networking abilities within the industry and established relationships with industry leaders
Proven ability to write and develop sales proposals and coordinate contractual activities
Excellent writing skills (English).
