Detailed Description

Your Role 
As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will work directly with the department management team and a team of data engineers and data analysts to enable your department to take data-driven decisions. You act as a sparring partner to the management team and support strategic decision making with a data-driven perspective. You establish a data mindset and thereby foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will be the glue between the customer-facing, product and marketing teams and enable them to make better decisions faster.

Your Responsibilities

    • Be a sparring partner to the management team: Enable the management team to make decisions based on data, help them identify their blind spots and increase confidence in their decisions.
    • Identify areas for analyses: In communication with key stakeholders you understand the department management’s needs for analyses and collaborate with our data analysts to deliver actionable insights.
    • Create insights & recommendations: Execute robust analyses, deliver actionable insights, align with key stakeholders and develop recommendations to be executed jointly with the team.
    • Develop clear and measurable objectives: Drive progress of the department by making objectives and key results transparent and actionable throughout the organization. 
    • Create transparency throughout the organization: Be instrumental in sharing key results across the organization, create buy-in by increasing transparency and make sure that everyone has access to data needed to make decisions.

Requirements

    • Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a top-tier university.
    • 1-3 years of professional experience as a business analyst (e.g. consulting) or relevant internship experience.
    • Strong business sense and analytical mindset coupled with ability to communicate analytical results.
    • (Ideally) Experience with SQL and Looker (or other analytics and dashboarding solutions).
    • Fluent in English.
    • Proficient knowledge in German is a plus.

Your paths

    • B2B - The B2B department is a stand alone department generating all activities and revenues from business, from the top of the funnel: Marketing, down to Sales and ending in Customer Success. You will work closely with the B2B management and data analysts to enable the management to take data based decisions to generate revenue in the most sustainable and efficient way.  
    • Fleet - The Fleet department is responsible for vehicle acquisition, subscription pricing, fleet utilization and profitability as well as for the remarketing of our vehicles.
