We are looking for a Change Manager to our architect team at our R&D. The team is managing the IT-tool chain and Solution Layer for the Electrical / Electronics (E/E) Embedded systems life cycle process. You will be part of an agile team that is responsible for creating a management system and implement the requirements from the management system into IT-solutions. The team is using agile methodology with sprints, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives.
The team is defining, documenting and assisting in the work with developing the IT-tool chain. The consultant will work with managing new request, changes and implementations in the IT-systems and organizations as well as identifying stakeholders. Document the work break down, roadmap ahead anchor the changes with users, business owners and projects owners. Your delivery is a crucial part contributing as requirements to our own development.
The consultant needs to have experience from stakeholder management, project management, program management, tools and methods used for project management, information architecture, business need analysis. Office attendance is 3 days at the office (but can also be adjusted in dialogue with the task, and team). Circumstances can however require 5 days at the office when needed.
