Job Summary

Your Tasks:

Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

General correspondence with customers, suppliers and internal departments
Creating a good working atmosphere, maintaining a high quality of service and an excellent impression of our office and meeting rooms
Designing processes and organizing all activities related to office management
Responsibility for the independent organization and coordination of meetings and events, travel management and mail processing
Administration and maintenance of the vehicle pool
Reception, hospitality and support of visitors
Supporting the team with administrative tasks

Your Profile:

You are a technology enthusiast who wants to change the world for the better. You are passionate about your work, driven by a problem-solving mentality and have the following skills:

Successfully completed a commercial education or equivalent
At least 2 years of professional experience in office management
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
A confident attitude, discretion and a high level of service orientation
Organizational skills, forward thinking and identification with the job
A very structured, independent way of working, communication skills and the ability to work in a team
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Valid driving license class B
