Detailed Description
Your Role
As a Customer Care Manager at FINN, you are responsible for managing our Customer Care Specialists to deliver the best-in-class service for our customers. You are the first escalation point for our customers’ inquiries and introduce new standards for the best customer experience. You keep an eye on the current workload of your department and have experience growing and scaling a successful customer service team.
Your Responsibilities
Process customer inquiries: Actively listen to and support our customers throughout the duration of their subscription periods. You will lead your team towards ensuring that our customers are the happiest car owners ever.
Manage a team and optimize workstreams: Responsible for leading a team of Customer Care Specialists to provide best-in-class customer experiences for our customers. You will evaluate existing processes while actively incorporating best practices to streamline you and your team’s work.
Disseminate insights cross-functionally: Keeping your finger on the pulse of our customer sentiments and pain points. You will be identifying trends in customer issues and communicating with cross-functional teams to help enhance our user experience.
Your Profile
Successfully completed bachelor’s degree; focus on business management or administration a plus
3+ years of experience in customer care/service
Track record of successfully managing a team and providing best-in-class customer care experiences
Previous experience in consumer-focused tech or e-commerce startups preferred
Excellent with communication - both verbal and writtenExtremely structured and detail-oriented, and curious about existing processes and like to optimize your work
