Detailed Description

Essential Functions:

• Partners with Strategy Office for enabling technology strategy development, planning and execution
• Gain clear understanding of service line delivery models and data needed to create and solve problem statements for specific projects
• Build algorithms and novel solutions to improve commercial delivery and performance
• Pull and prepare data, train and test models, and be responsible for overall execution on projects using ProPharma operational and transaction data to create/enhance new commercial solutions
• Identify and partner with machine learning engineers [vendors] in the deployment and operation of AI-driven services
• Serves as subject matter expert, maintains a current knowledge of advanced ML/AI tools and techniques

Necessary Skills and Abilities:

• Understanding of structure and unstructured data modeling using advanced statistical methods and implement algorithms and software needed to perform analysis
• Demonstrated mastery of ML and NLP to automate complex decision models
• Ability to perform one or more of the following core domain skills: machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), artificial intelligence (AI), texting mining, and statistical methods, such as classification, association rules, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, time-series analysis, statistical inference, and validation methods
• Success building new models and algorithms
• Strong problem solving, data science, software engineering, and mathematical skills

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred majoring in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 2-yrs of related experience preferred, however will consider recent graduates
