Job Summary

FINN makes mobility fun and sustainable. With a flexible car subscription, we bring a true e-commerce experience to car ownership and offset all CO2 emissions along the way. Join our fast-growing startup to build the most popular auto e-commerce platform in Europe and the USA. We work with the best car brands in the world and are backed by leading global investors.

Detailed Description

Your Role

As Debt Capital Markets Manager, you will contribute to our debt fundraising process at FINN to finance our car fleet growth from millions to billions. In your role you work directly with the Senior Finance Manager and the VP Structured Finance. You will be closely involved in the interaction with existing and new investors, including investment banks and credit funds.

Why FINN?

    • You have the flexibility to work either in our Munich office or remotely ±3 hours of the Munich time zone (CET/CEST). In case of relocation, we are offering full visa support for you and your family.
    • With massive growth potential, FINN allows you to quickly develop and succeed in a highly motivating startup environment with ambitious challenges in cross-functional teams.
    • Excellent fixed salary, significant virtual equity share of the company, along a yearly personal development budget of 1,500€ and access to learning platforms.
    • We pay all our employees equally regardless of gender.
    • Our open, modern office in the middle of Munich is known for loads of fun with amazing colleagues and frequent team events.
    • You want to drive your own car with FINN? – Get one with our employee discount program.

Your Responsibilities

    • You drive FINN’s debt fundraising from start to finish by working on our investor pitch decks and financial models. You run the typically complex processes together with investment banks and legal advisors and ensure we are executing due diligence processes quickly and accurately. In addition, you participate in investor meetings and pitches and engage with best-in-class debt investors.
    • You support the Debt Capital Markets team with implementing the most optimal transaction structure considering regulatory and legal constraints, operational implications and investor requirements in a dynamic, fast-growth environment.
    • You manage our investor pipeline by coordinating and preparing our participation in asset-backed finance conferences to put us on the map with the wider investor community. You organize management meetings of potential investors with the senior management team to nurture our pipeline with new investors.
    • You coordinate all project work streams within the project timelines and budget, engage counterparties, take responsibility for communication regarding the transaction with internal and external parties.

Your Profile

    • You have up to 2 years of experience (including relevant internships) in a structured finance / debt capital markets setting, working at a Bank / Investment Fund, preferably in the automotive space.
    • You prefer building something from scratch over copy pasting another deal.
    • You are highly analytical and have a passion for structured finance and the startup space.
    • You are solution-focused, coupled with strong communication skills and perseverance.
    • You graduated with a Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar (quantitative) background.
    • You are fluent in English.
