Job Summary

Your Tasks:

Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

You oversee and orchestrate the successful planning and execution of participation in events and trade shows, from small to 500+ m² booth spaces with a multitude of robots
You develop an event strategy to actively contribute to the achievement of goals and increase brand awareness (in close coordination with marketing and project management)
You scout suitable events and conferences to place our brand, keynote speakers, and panelists
You'll conceptualize and organize new, targeted event formats such as hybrid events, webinars, and physical events
You take responsibility for the smooth and transparent organization of events and ensure they're measurable
You'll work closely with our marketing department on promotional campaigns before, during, and after events
You lead and support the planning and execution of internal events

Detailed Description

Your Profile:

You are a technology enthusiast who wants to change the world for the better. You are passionate about your work, driven by a problem-solving mentality and have the following skills:

You own a degree in business administration, event management, communication sciences, a comparable course of study or a comparable qualification in events
You have multiple years of professional experience in event agencies and/or event departments of technology companies
You have a proven track record of successful B2B event and fair participation conception, planning, and execution
You bring a passion for modern marketing techniques to drive demand and gain attention
You have a high degree of flexibility and organizational skills, coupled with decision-making and communication skills
You pursue a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
You are skilled in managing internal and external teams
You have fluent to native level German and English skills
Knowledge of topics all around technologies, robotics, and artificial intelligence is a plus
Valid driving license class B
