Job Summary

Your Tasks:

Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

You take over the accounting recording of all business transactions
Reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable
Monitoring of open items including dunning
Preparation and implementation of VAT returns
Preparation of outgoing invoices including master data maintenance
You carry out the asset accounting with recording of all assets as well as monthly reconciliation of all asset and depreciation accounts.
Collaboration in digitalisation projects in accounting

Your Profile:

You are a technology enthusiast who wants to change the world for the better. You are passionate about your work, driven by a problem-solving mentality and have the following skills:

You have successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as a financial accountant and/or balance sheet accountant
Experience in an ERP system
professional experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial accounting
a very structured, independent way of working coupled with a high level of initiative
a high level of quality awareness and reliability
Service orientation, a friendly manner and very good communication skills, also in English
