Detailed Description

Your Role

As Fleet Coordinator, you will be working closely with our Fleet Manager to manage our relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and providing on-site solutions at our vehicle compounds.

Your Responsibilities

As Fleet Coordinator, you will use technology to work effectively in the field and collaborate with our external providers to ensure our fleet of vehicles are ready for our customers.
Vehicles should be clean, in good condition, and ready to drive – this all depends on you.
You will work internally with your team as well as externally with our various vendors to keep everyone on time, organized, and where they need to be.

Your Profile

Excellent ability to partner with external 3rd party providers (e.g. compound operators) and employees
Bring a proactive and "can-do" attitude and make things happen
Ability to effectively manage tasks in a timely manner
A “client first” mindset, always trying to optimize the experience for anyone who interacts with FINN
Being an effective multitasker who can work independently to manage multiple priorities and tasks 
Strong communication skills to ensure the vehicle status and updates are provided to the team
Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
