Detailed Description

Your Role
 
As Fleet Coordinator, you will be working closely with our Fleet Manager to manage our relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and providing on-site solutions at our vehicle compounds.

Your Responsibilities

    • As Fleet Coordinator, you will use technology to work effectively in the field and collaborate with our external providers to ensure our fleet of vehicles are ready for our customers.
    • Vehicles should be clean, in good condition, and ready to drive – this all depends on you.
    • You will work internally with your team as well as externally with our various vendors to keep everyone on time, organized, and where they need to be.

Your Profile

    • Excellent ability to partner with external 3rd party providers (e.g. compound operators) and employees
    • Bring a proactive and "can-do" attitude and make things happen
    • Ability to effectively manage tasks in a timely manner
    • A “client first” mindset,  always trying to optimize the experience for anyone who interacts with FINN
    • Being an effective multitasker who can work independently to manage multiple priorities and tasks 
    • Strong communication skills to ensure the vehicle status and updates are provided to the team
    • Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record
