Position overview
We are currently searching for a freelance Ethics & Compliance Officer to support one of leading clients in the Life-science industry. This project is for a duration of 6 months; it requires full-time availability (1.0 FTE) and the role will be performed on a Hybrid basis. We are ideally looking for an immediate start and key for the role is demonstrated exposure working in E&C within France (or covering France as a location).
Responsibilities include
To offer key support across the business unit for all matters relating to Ethics & Compliance
Implement key policies for the Compliance program across the assigned business unit
Strategically advise and support policy development
Key point of contact for all interactions across internal and external stakeholders
Offer key support across a range of new initiatives
Support monitoring activities and implement key changes where needed
Overall support to the E&C team
Qualifications
A University degree ideally in a Legal or Compliance discipline (or substantial work experience demonstrated with another degree)
Must have a proven background working in Ethics & Compliance
Ideally well versed in Pharmaceutical regulations
Fluency in French and English is a must
Can work full-time and provide availability for 6 months
Must be able to work office based in Paris 3 days a week (2 days working from home)
Strong communication skills
