Your Role 
 
As Head of B2B Sales, you’re responsible for building and leading the team that acquires new business customers for FINN. You will work directly with FINN’s VP B2B to lay the foundation for our B2B growth in the US.

Detailed Description

Your Responsibilities

    • Recruit, lead and develop the team: Recruit an outstanding B2B Sales team to acquire new business customers for FINN. Lead and develop your team members to maximize team performance and happiness.
    • Steer the team KPI-based: You’re proficient when it comes to relevant B2B Sales KPIs and use these to steer your team and maximize value for FINN.
    • Obsess about our business customers: By becoming an expert for our customers’ needs & pain points, you’re able to develop and execute upon different value propositions for different target groups.
    • Design and optimize internal sales processes: In close collaboration with our Revenue Operations team, you improve our sales processes and tailor them to the American market.

Your Profile

    • 4+ years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and / or AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
    • Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in business or sales related field Top performer with an ability to execute targeted actions in a timely, goal-oriented manner
    • Excellent organization skills and joy in productive working, you are persistence and go the extra mile
    • Ability to hire top talent for your team 
    • Great communication skills- you provide clear & concise guidance through all forms of communication. It is easy for you to adapt to different participants of a discussion
    • Entrepreneurial mindset that makes you a competent contact person who doesn't "sell" anything, but works together with the prospect to create a real added value for both parties
    • You can empathize easily with the customer and naturally understand their underlying needs and wishes
    • You are interested in mobility and want to shape the future of mobility with FINN
