Job Summary

Your Tasks:

Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

Contemporary and efficient sourcing of the employee profiles, demanded by the organization
Evaluation of candidates and ensuring the development of our qualitative requirements of the organization
Review of the candidate management and the further development (process, system, sourcing, reporting)
Establishment of state of the art recruiting concepts and structures such as active sourcing and talent pools
Development of successful and appropriate strategies for specific recruiting requirements
Development and selection of suitable recruitment tools & processes (in cooperation with our Head of HR) as well as the support of the implementation in our organization
Creation and implementation of employer branding activities in cooperation with the marketing team, including measurement and review of the success

Your Profile:

You are a technology enthusiast who wants to change the world for the better. You are passionate about your work, driven by a problem-solving mentality and have the following skills:

Degree in business administration or comparable studies
Several years of professional experience in recruiting within an industrial company or human resources consulting
You are experienced in sourcing profiles of technical candidates
You have a sense for the potential of candidates, but also for their potential growth
You have a passion for recruiting
Fluent German in written and spoken language very good oral and written English skills
