Detailed Description
Role and Responsibilities:
Major work areas that need local onsite support in Lund
Order Handling, place procurement orders, track orders, document orders and deliveries in supporting tools and tickets (HWMDS, TDK, JIRA, SAP)
Goods handling, collect and distribute goods, verify delivered contents, PTBM surplus handling, update of supporting tools (HWMDS, TDK, JIRA, SAP, Equipman) and tickets with GR
Support local calibration campaigns in collaboration with lab stakeholders and suppliers, logistic handling and update of supporting tools (Equipman)
Support yearly asset and expense inventory, scanning of lab HW items
Local SPOC for tools and task: Media Security handling, scanners and printers for Equipman
Participate in stakeholder meetings, report ticket status
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in Logistic handling, inventory management
Knowledge and experience in handling tools like – HWMDS, TDK, JIRA, SAP, Equipman
