Detailed Description

We are currently looking for a new addition of our team based out of the UK who will take the pivotal role of ‘Implementation Manager’. In this pivotal function, the successful applicant will be responsible for the onboarding and implementation of ProPharma’s client contracts and services as well as maintaining existing client relationships. This position will also support Business Development processes, effectively manage and support clients during the set-up phase, extensions, maintenance and service evolution.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Manager Client relationships during setup phase and maintain key relationships across our client network.

  • Take responsibility for the agreement of processes

  • Manage and negotiate key service agreements and lead client meetings

  • Develop excellent working relationships with clients, internal business units and other key stakeholders

  • Support Business development processes where necessary and support business growth opportunities with new and existing customers

  • Implement and maintain a project plan that supports the effective implementation and management of the project

  • Proactively manage the entire project within expected timeframes whilst delegating tasks out appropriately to supporting client service team members and other business units as appropriate.

  • Identify and facilitate process development and implementation of change, including suggestions on best practice, efficiency, service growth and infrastructure.

  • Effectively communicate project status to the client and business units.

  • Maintain awareness of budget and cost implications to the business.

  • Engage with business units and clients to be able to identify and anticipate potential issues.

  • Develop and offer solutions to minimize disruptions to the implementation of services.

  • Evaluate the success of the project and share best practice within Client Services and other business units.

  • Ensure market knowledge is kept up to date with the latest requirements

 

Skills required

  • Ideally educated to BSc of higher within a life-science or appropriate discipline to suit the needs of the position

  • Must be able to demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience working in contract or project management within the life sciences sector

  • Ideally skilled working in a multinational environment

  • Fluent in English

  • Strong stakeholder skills

  • Enthusiastic and motivated
