Detailed Description

The Implementation Specialist Assistant position is responsible for supporting the Innovation and Implementation Manager with the implementation of IT services used by ProPharma staff and clients.

 

This is an administrative focused role suitable for candidates with an interest in IT looking for a starting point to build their career. If you are a new graduate or have some experience with IT this role may be a great fit for you. You will support the administrative processes associated with the management, configuration and distribution of IT assets primarily from our London office - however travel to our European offices will also be required on occasion

 

Essential Functions:

  • Support the development of product life cycle process and procedures.
  • Assist in planning and developing service solutions to match the company’s business requirements.
  • Provide support to clients and users maintaining relevant documents.
  • Help maintain the integrity and security of the company phone records.
  • Support other business lines with responses to enquires.
  • Support and maintain user’s telephone accounts.
  • Aid in the delivery of projects as required.
  • Support the integrity of ticket management systems by monitoring allocated team tickets and escalate where necessary.
  • Attend and/or represent the Innovation and Implementation Team at arranged meeting(s).
  • Create and update documentation, including training material, local working instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Support the procurement processes for the IT Department.
  • Create and produce reports based on service usage for internal and external customers.
  • Provide support to the IT Asset Management Coordinator with the dispatch and recovery of equipment and to complete tasks during times of absence.
  • Travel to other ProPharma office locations as and when required to support delivery of services to clients and staff.

 

Necessary Skills and Abilities:

  • Critical thinking skills, as well as creative problem solving with innovative solutions to problems. 
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures to prioritize and manage several ongoing tasks at the same time.
  • Good organization and time management, able to work unsupervised with a high level of productivity.
  • IT application knowledge including the Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work and interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
     

Educational Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary Education (e.g., associate degree, at least 5 GCSE’s including English/Math).
     

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years applicable administrative experience (preferred)
