Detailed Description

Your Role
 
As Inside Sales Lead at FINN, you’ll be part of the US Customer Growth team in our User Acquisition department, and will be directly responsible to lead, grow and develop your team of Inside Sales Representatives. Reporting directly to the Head of US Growth, you will oversee the team’s  KPIs and work closely with the sales organization to develop scalable processes. You will also ensure that we systematically collect our customers’ feedback to build one of the best and most trusted customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

    • Grow and Lead a world-class team: Hire and lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives which delivers outstanding results and lives and breathes the FINN values.
    • Set, monitor and optimize the KPIs of the Inside Sales team: Monitor the inside sales team’s KPIs, such as the conversion rate, the number of transactions and the adoption of different sales channels. Make sure we meet our targets to continuously grow our customer base. 
    • Generate insights from our customers’ feedback: Systematically collect feedback from our Inside Sales Representatives to generate insights for the entire organization in order to continuously improve our offering and customer experience.
    • Improve our processes: Identify and implement opportunities for improvements in our inside sales processes in close collaboration with the Head of US Customer Growth.

Your Profile

    • Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record
    • 5+ years experience in sales, customer success, or customer experience
    • 2+ years of professional experience in high growth environments, ideally in e-commerce
    • At least 1-2 years people management experience
    • Experience in leading and coaching others, inspiring teams and increasing output
    • Experience navigating call centers
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail and joy in precise working
    • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry
The salary for this role will be within the range of $80,000 to $100,000. This is the lowest and highest salary that we in good faith believe to be fair for this role at the time of this posting, and is only applicable to jobs located in New York City. However, the actual salary offered may be more or less than the range posted. Factors that may influence an employee's pay within this range include, but are not limited to, their qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, education level, seniority, and performance. This compensation range may also be subject to change in the future.
