The Inside Sales team at ProPharma is a key component in the pursuit of this mission. Utilizing platforms such as SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Zymewire and other tools, the Business Development Representative (BDR) position is primarily responsible for generating new leads and setting qualified appointments for the outside Business Development team (BDMs). This job is best suited for junior level salespeople who have a genuine desire to learn the Life Sciences industry and grow into a full sales cycle role. BDRs will be placed on a promotion track to BDM if specific metrics are achieved.
This is a HYBRID opportunity with 2/3 days in our Tower Bridge Offices in London.
Essential Functions Include:
Prospect, qualify and generate new client meetings through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and online webinars to set qualified appointments for the Business Development Managers within your pod.
Manage, track, and follow up on leads as they progress throughout the sales lifecycle
Collaborate with the Marketing team to facilitate new programs, messages, and campaigns.
Read, prepare, and analyze KPIs for weekly meetings with management
Candidate Requirements:
Sales or recruiting experience
Proven ability to write high volumes of cold emails and make high volumes of cold calls
Must be willing and able to commute to our London office 2-3 days per week
Working knowledge of the internet and MS Office tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
