Detailed Description

Your Role

As an intern to the CTO you will work directly with our CTO Andi and his Chief of Staff Verena. You will support them in day-to-day business and have the opportunity to plan and execute projects individually. Join a fast growing organization and work with us towards building the next gen car subscription platform.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and drive your own projects: At FINN you will get responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.
Support the business: Help the CTO and Chief of Staff to master daily challenges like reporting or administrative tasks and get deep insights into the IT landscape, departments and the entire company.
Be part of our biggest internal project: We constantly aim to improve our existing setup for efficiency. Help us build the next gen car subscription platform across all departments to enable our company growth from a technical standpoint.
Strive for excellence and learn from the team: You strive to deliver high quality results showing close attention to detail and the ambition to voice your ideas. You will have the chance to automate manual processes and collaborate with experienced peers from various backgrounds.

Your Profile

You are studying or about to graduate in Computer Science or a related field at a top tier university.
You are available from April 2023 for at least 6 months.
You are interested in working with engineering teams and enjoy technical discussions.
Initial experience in consulting, high growth startups or another fast-paced environment is a plus.
Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment and to coordinate multiple projects.
Impressive solution-finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
Strong growth mindset and the motivation to quickly understand and absorb new information.
Fluency in English, German is a plus.
