Detailed Description

Your Role

As Content Marketing intern, you will be part of the User Acquisition team and directly responsible for creating engaging content to shape and execute our brand, content and communications strategy. You will contribute to our success in either the Content Marketing team, where you manage multi-layered content topics in a clear and structured way that will make our content stand out and address the key customer issues with straightforward and direct storytelling. Or as part of our Social Media Marketing team, where you support in monitoring and managing our social media channels and content. With your creative ideas, you will help drive user growth and create exciting posts and articles about FINN. Our goal is to publish sophisticated content about cars that rivals that of leading automotive brands.

Your Responsibilities

Manage and drive your own projects: At FINN you will get responsibility from day one. All projects will have a critical impact on our company. You will contribute to our success in one of the following teams depending on your strengths and preferences:
Content Marketing: Build the FINN brand across organic online channels: Transform our brand and product offering into winning content campaigns and messages on organic channels.
Social Media Marketing: You interact with our target audience and increase our reach by supporting our team in writing, photographing, filming and editing posts on various social channels such as Instagram, YouTube or LinkedIn.
Support and manage our content (both visual and written) from concept, to production, design, and strategy.
Evaluate performance through reporting: Support the team in tracking and setting up reports to evaluate the performance of organic growth campaigns.
Try new things: You are constantly experimenting with new formats, never running out of new ideas.

Your Profile

Graduated or currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master's degree at a top-tier university.
Experience in E-Commerce environments and working with creative teams (e.g. Editors, Designers and Photographers)
Experience with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook and in creating social media content and analyzing data, which enables you to operate the necessary tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO.
Meticulous attention to detail, joy in precise working and a good sense of image aesthetics and writing composition.
Proactive mindset with an ability to think outside the box and enrich the team with new, creative ideas.
Strong solution finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
Talented communicator both orally and in writing with the adaptability to different conversation participants.
You are fluent in German and English.
