Detailed Description

Your Role

As an Intern in the IT Administration, you are responsible for some of our daily IT Administration tasks. You are part of the IT Administration Team, which is the main point of contact for all support cases. Together with the Tech Lead IT, you will work to enable everyone to work in the most efficient way.

Your Responsibilities

Keep productivity high: This enables everyone at FINN to work trouble-free and focus on their specific areas of responsibility. Stay fast: Onboard and offboard tech and non-tech colleagues within minutes and constantly monitor internal tools and services while driving improvements.
Manage and drive your own projects: By improving day-to-day business activities and processes you will be able to overcome the shortcomings of our tools.
Help FINN succeed: Within the IT Administration Team you will be closely involved in managing the products for our employees. You will be involved in shaping the best in class rollout planning and communication management to ensure the highest possible adoption rate.
Critically question and analyze: Working jointly with our Tech Lead IT Administration, you will define requirements to bring our systems to the next level.

Your Profile

Enrolled in a German university (remote work is possible from Germany).
Available for at least 6 months to work full-time (40 hours/week).
Customer-first approach.
Passionate about IT Administration related topics.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong solution-finding abilities with new, creative approaches on how to overcome challenges.
Strong growth mindset and the motivation to continuously improve self and team performance.
Available from January 2023.
Fluent in English, German is a plus.
