Detailed Description

Your Role
 
As an Intern in Product Management, you will support our development teams in one of our departments (User Acquisition, Operations, Business or Data) and partner with Engineering, Design, and business leaders across FINN. You will work closely with the management team and get the opportunity to join a fast growing organization supporting in building a meaningful product with a market fit.

Your Responsibilities

    • Manage and drive your own projects: At FINN, you will get responsibility from day one. All of your projects will have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.
    • Ship features and build products that help FINN succeed: Within the Development Teams you will be closely involved in building the products for our customers and our employees. You will prepare and drive development projects and therefore have a direct impact on our customers' user experience.
    • Improve day-to-day business activities and processes: Identify and solve shortcomings of our tools. Help the existing team to master daily challenges and get deep insights into specific departments and the tech landscape.
    • Critically question, analyze and improve existing processes: We constantly aim to improve our existing setup with maximum efficiency. Help our development teams to build the best possible version of FINN with world-class processes enabling us to have a smoothly running organization. 

Your Profile

    • Currently pursuing or already completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
    • Proven knowledge in shipping software products in an agile development environment through university projects and/or internships.
    • Highly analytical and comfortable around numbers with an ability to break down complex issues into understandable and actionable steps.
    • You are passionate about building functional and engaging user experiences with a strong customer-centric focus.
    • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry.
    • Fluent in English and ideally in German.
