The project team normally consists of at least 3 members, the project leader, the system engineer (electrical and software) and the mechanical engineer. This team acts as the local interface towards the customers for the ongoing development projects and also during the promotion phase of new products or new concepts / use cases.
There are weekly meetings for each product development with both the Asian design center (Teams) and the customer (Teams or F2F). The development phase is typically 2 years and up to 5 years.
