Job Description

A Program Manager will be responsible for the delivery of the service. To build inspiring relationships with the client, establish and lead detail orientated services and drive innovative ideas to ensure delivery of evolving and dynamic client needs. Every day provides variety and pushes you to explore your capabilities.

Essential Functions Include:

1.    Effectively liaise with the client.
2.    Implement processes and services both regionally and globally.
3.    Support and grow existing services with the client.
4.    Conduct client and service meetings, audits, training and other sessions as necessary.
5.    Develop and implement documentation and processes to ensure effective delivery of services.
6.    Create and maintain the necessary documents and forms to support the processes and procedures put in place.
7.    Identify and deliver ideas and innovative solutions to benefit the client and internal operations.
8.    Foster and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with operational staff, management, clients and customers.
9.    Advise management in appropriate resolution of client relations issues.
10.    Ensure compliance with client requested services and industry regulations.
11.    Respond to enquiries regarding services, procedures, and programs.
12.    Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint desired.
13.    Day to day planning to ensure the continuity of service, staffing, succession planning and development of staff through mentoring and coaching.
 

Qualifications

1.    Bachelor’s degree or higher OR proven experience in contract/client management.
2.    Significant experience and proven track record of success in contract/client management (health care environment preferred) or Medical Information/Pharmaceutical services.
3.    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4.    Superb organisational and project management capabilities.
5.    Supervisory and/or management experience.
6.    Multi-country or global project/service management and delivery.
7.    Have a keen eye for detail.
8.    Be competent using computerised systems.
9.    Have a positive, can do attitude.
