We are applying to you as a collegial, fair, family-friendly employer and are looking for a project assistant in the inspection of documents (f/m/x) for our freelance pool in Berlin, who will actively contribute to helping our customers with digitization. As part of the sourcing team, you will contribute directly to supporting our customers' "document spring cleaning" with digital solutions.
Your tasks:
● Viewing and structuring of property-specific documents
● Data Extraction (Content Capture)
● Support in the evaluation and analysis of databases
● Checking the results of our document processing software
● Compilation of relevant training data
Your profile:
● Real estate knowledge through training / studies or through proven industry experience
● Lateral entrants with a commercial background or experience in clerical work are also welcome
● Solid basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
● A high degree of care and attention to detail
● Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
