Project Manager:

• Completed studies in engineering or comparable
• Relevant experience in managing technical projects
• Experienced and proven in the use of project management methods
• Ability to analyze complex processes for action requirements and develop solutions
• Talent for organization and time management
• Experience in interdisciplinary team management
• High degree of independence, ability to work in a team and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Methodical thinking and a structured approach to complex problems
• Very good language skills as well as business fluent German and English skills

Product Manager:

• Several years of experience in a comparable position
• Experience in product development in the field of robotics, software or mechatronics
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of business and technology - especially in the field of robotics
• Good networking and thus access to the market to provide analysis
• High level of communication skills
• Fast comprehension as well as strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
• Ability to translate and present complex contexts and solutions into understandable and visual visions and strategies
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel in Germany, Europe and worldwide
