We are now looking for a Scrum Master with developer background. Our team has complete ownership of features and collaborates with partners and other teams to deliver state-of-the-art products, using the latest tools and technologies. You will join and facilitate a team of highly skilled developers with an established network within the company software and Scrum Master community. We cooperate closely with other teams, UX/Design, the Product Owner and tech leads. The position is based in Lund.

You can take challenges and turn them into improvements, maintaining the positive mindset embracing a respectful collaborative culture. You are a team-player who enjoys a challenge and feel comfortable handling complexity. You work with the team according to SAFe, including ceremonies like dailies, sprint planning, grooming, retrospective. You make sure we measure our selves and align with for example set KPIs, that we work with improvements and highlight when the team needs help to move forward. You are a true networker, and also one of us inspiring to have fun at work, and help out facilitating coaching sessions or events to build the team culture.
What you need to bring with you
• Experience in the Scrum Master role from several development teams
• Excellent coordination skills
• Experience in working with process development and improvements
• Excellent communication skills, including in English (written and spoken)
It is meritorious if you have:
• Experience in software development
• Swedish Driver’s license (B-level)
