The Senior Social Media & Content Manager is responsible for implementing the global social media and content strategy for ProPharma Group. This individual will set the strategy and execution planning of the social media content, publishing, and operations of the social media tools and Content Management System. This Senior Manager will also support managing and leading managers and coordinators and be a point of contact for both US and Global regions.

Essential Functions Include:

• Support development of Social Media strategy and oversight of global implementation.
• Support development of Social Media advertising to drive brand awareness for ProPharma Group.
• Responsible for Global social media and content budgets.
• Create compelling global marketing campaigns with multiple touchpoints and channels to support business goals and drive leads.
• Responsible for assembling the monthly social media reporting.
• Work with Marketing team on overall strategy for new initiatives and support current initiatives by measuring ROI and setting KPIs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors (marketing agencies/CRM support agency/promo item vendors/etc.).
• Assist with developing, proofreading, drafting, and executing various written assets, such as advertisements in technical publications, brochures and other sales materials, case studies, emails, newsletters, web page content, presentations, etc..
• Track business development (BD) requests as it relates to social media and content for ProPharma Group for marketing support and present to global marketing meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualified candidates must have:

• 4-year university degree
• At least 5 years of experience in a global social media marketing role
• Minimum 5+ years in a social media role with digital marketing background
• Global Social Media Operationalization and Strategy
• Experience with Social Media automation platforms a must (Sprout social a plus)
• Social media advertising experience
• Previous experience in a B2B organization preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
• Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of digital marketing strategies
• Experience analyzing data
• Creative thinker & team player
