About the role:

As our new (Senior) People & Culture Manager you will take care of OUR most valuable asset - our people. Next to owning our talent acquisition, your role not only provides A-Z support on all topics around the employee journey but will also further develop and implement state-of-the-art solutions to foster a great workplace environment and an amazing company culture. 

To be successful, you will need solid knowledge & experiences, a service- and solution-oriented attitude, outstanding communication skills and empathy for a diverse crowd of people with divergent work realities and demands. Depending on your profile / experience, the role might lean towards certain focus areas - overall, we're looking for a generalist with a hands-on attitude and a desire to take ownership and to grow. We’re building the team out further and you'll have the opportunity to shape it with us.

Detailed Description

Your Future Responsibilities: 

  • Employee journey administration incl. preparatory payroll & relevant paperwork 
  • Talent acquisition for tech and non-tech positions (NO “hyper growth” aspirations) 
  • Point of contact for people managers: staffing, coaching, career development, legal questions 
  • Oversee and drive our performance & development process incl. training/learning opportunities and growth structures
  • Last but not least: Be an ambassador for our people, our company culture and facilitate & foster cross-level and cross-departmental collaboration, information flows, interpersonal exchanges and fun interactions in both the daily business and special occasions

 

Your Profile:

  • Solid HR knowledge in labour law / preparatory payroll / employee administration in multinational companies, preferable SaaS/Tech space
  • Experience in (technical) recruiting up to ‘Head of’ positions & willingness to execute
  • Fluent in both German and English (written & oral, min. B2)
  • Business acumen, a structured working style & appropriate diligence, strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Characteristics that describe you are: proactive, realistic, flexible, reliable, and a little quirky - we’re all human!
