We are looking for a Senior Quality & Project Manager to work at our customers sites. Long project, around 24 months.
Your time will be shared between being Project manager for Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, CMMC, and Quality manager within the Program. As Project manager your main task is to prepare the organisations for achieving and maintaining a new certificate towards CMMC, which in turn points predominantly to a NIST-standard. This part of the job requires understanding of how to qualify for, achieve and maintain a certificate towards a standard. The actual cybersecurity knowledge lies within program. The other part of the job is highly related to the requirements management, i e breakdown of internal and external requirements and how they can be fulfilled, since many of the requirements are related to the above mentioned NIST-standard. As project manager for CMMC certification you are also a part of the program management team.
The main tasks as project manager are:
• Fulfil the Statement of Work for the project where the end result is a Way of Working towards certification for CMMC (US gov requirement) and support of the first certification for the business
• Mature the project plan into actions towards defined milestones aligned with the progress of the Matterhorn program and the business needs
• Network and build cross-organisational and cross-functional teams regarding CMMC over Saab where requirements from the US gov are applied
• Set a path to mature the team into future CMMC auditing/assessments
The main tasks as quality manager are:
• Join the requirements management work to support and explain from a quality perspective how the implementation needs to affect the business
• Support in identifying the good enough-level of implementation

• High collaboration skills
• Very good understanding of product development with experience as project quality manager
• Good understanding of the business and customer requirements and an ability to identify good-enough solutions from a cost/efficiency perspective
• High skills in writing and orally to be able to explain and build network and engagement
• Experience from traditional quality work such as standards, management systems and auditing
• Understanding of the global context
• Knowledge of NIST or similar regulations
