    • FINN allows you to quickly develop and succeed in a highly motivating startup environment with ambitious challenges in cross-functional teams with massive growth potential.
    • Excellent fixed salary, significant virtual equity share of the company, along with a yearly personal development budget of 1,500€. Our open, modern office in the middle of Munich is known for loads of fun with amazing colleagues and frequent team events.

Your Responsibilities

    • Enable our B2B Revenue Department to work at maximum efficiency: With a fast-growing organization, dozens of Sales and Customer Success Managers depending on our B2B tech stack for their daily tasks, it is your responsibility to ensure that they can work at maximum efficiency, thereby significantly impacting the achievement of our revenue targets.
    • Diagnose and remove obstacles that delay or stop our teams from generating revenue by assessing company policies and business processes.
    • Evaluating, procuring, implementing and managing the systems and tools used in the department.
    • Produce short and long-term reports, metrics, and objectives, focusing on enhancing workflows and cross-departmental engagement.
    • Identify opportunities to drive revenue, such as go-to-market strategies, levers to increase our customers' lifetime values and potential improvements to our acquisition costs.
    • Support the sales training framework and overall commercial team enablement.

Your Profile

    • 2+ years of experience driving process improvements and revenue-generating strategies in roles such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Business Operations, ideally in a fast pace, high growth Saas-like business model.
    • Expertise working with CRMs and automation systems, such as Integromat or Zapier and integrating systems directly or via APIs.
    • Experience supporting variable compensation and incentive programs, including policy execution, communications and administration is desirable.
    • Graduated top of your class with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, technology management, engineering or similar.
    • Proficient in financial and revenue modeling, sales approaches, metrics, and reporting.
    • Technically-minded, with a passion for data and process, albeit with the ability to inspire change in others.
    • Fluent in English is a must; knowledge of German is a plus.
