Job Summary

Requirements:
- Soft skills: Flexibility and Persistence. Encourages Collaboration. Communication and Good Listening Power
- Background – Headless CMS knowledge, troubleshooting, content management, software development understanding.
- Fully remote/Partly Remote/Onsite? Fully remote
- Three most important things. being responsible and accurate, clear communication, Verbal and Written English
- Previous experience working with Contentful CMS is a must.
- Nice to haves: Introducing Engineering Practices. Scripting, APIs

Location: Remote

Detailed Description

Monitor support tickets
Identify the support required for each ticket and take action. If it is technical issues (like functionality bugs) forward those cases to the 2nd and 3rd level of support. Other administration issues (accesses, tagging, content size issues etc.) should be able to take action and fix them.
Support during the onboarding process of new products in Contentful
Guide and provide support for end users. Be able to answer questions related to the different content models and Contentful functionalities (act as a Contentful super user/specialist)
