Location: Remote

Detailed Description

  • Monitor support tickets
  • Identify the support required for each ticket and take action. If it is technical issues (like functionality bugs) forward those cases to the 2nd and 3rd level of support. Other administration issues (accesses, tagging, content size issues etc.) should be able to take action and fix them.
  • Support during the onboarding process of new products in Contentful
  • Guide and provide support for end users. Be able to answer questions related to the different content models and Contentful functionalities (act as a Contentful super user/specialist)
