The One Supply Chain Trader programme is heading towards a global rollout mode where previously local traders will become part of the global supply chain . We are therefore looking to add a Test Leader to our team, consisting of internal and external colleagues, to help us on this endeavor
The overall scope of the assignment as Test manager and the services expected from the consultant mainly consists of, but is not limited to:
The consultant will be expected to develop strategies for the tests as well as plan and execute the different test phases for the OSC Trader project, such as:
o System integration test (SIT),
o Unit test,
o User acceptance test (UAT)
The consultant is expected to verify, through relevant channels, that all need prerequisites are in place before testing starts, such as:
o User access to all relevant systems for the super users.
o Necessary Master data are in place in test environment.
o Integrations in test environment are in place and working as expected.
o All configurations are set up in the test environment.
The consultant is expected to contribute and adapt to the overall plan of the project.
The consultant is expected to report to and work together with the project manager to manage relevant stakeholders.
The consultant is expected to provide the communications lead with relevant information regarding the different tests, statuses, and related plans.
The consultant is expected to identify risks for the different tests, as well as provide plans for how to mitigate them to the project/program management.
The consultant is expected to use the personal experience combined with expertise of the ERP-experts/other expert/relevant business area when constructing the test scenarios and test cases, to make sure that the tests are relevant to the real-world and the daily business.

Plan and administrate the kick-off meetings and invite all needed testers (internal super users as well as external business providers) for regular meetings during test sessions.
The consultant is expected to plan and handle the triaging when issues are found during the testing and make sure that relevant personnel get ownership and deliver a solution, so that it can be retested.
The consultant is expected to submit detailed test reports, including test results and sign-off to project and program management.
The consultant is expected to motivate and coach the project team and the super users throughout the testing.
Desired knowledge, experience, competence, skills etc
To be successful in the roll as test manager for the OSC Trader project the consultant should have knowledge within the following areas:
• Knowledge about the different Test phases listed above and how to best preform them.
• Project leader/Test leader knowledge, to be able to plan and prepare for the tests and mitigate risks etc.
• Knowledge about integrations related to ERP.
• Knowledge in gathering requirements for the different test cases.
• Be a diplomatic communicator, know how to push/motivate people to prioritize your tests/tasks, while maintaining a good working environment
• As the project method is agile, it is good with experience in agile methods.
