Job Summary

Your Tasks:

Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

Designing, developing and implementing comprehensive and well-structured test cases represents a main focus of your activities
Furthermore, analyzing requirements and specifications to assert functionality is your area of responsibility
You report and record software discrepancies
You compare test results for different implementations of the same software and identify the root cause for any differences
You work with technical staff to determine the best test methods for new software features
You also support testing scenarios such as: new functionality that is not ready for automation, deprecated legacy code not worth the expense of automating, or exploratory testing to determine if more automation is needed
You work with project tools used in testing the product and for automating test suites
You identify and act on opportunities to improve the testing process
Collaborating with international project teams

Your Profile:

You are a technology enthusiast who wants to change the world for the better. You are passionate about your work, driven by a problem-solving mentality and have the following skills:

You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineer Sciences or an equivalent education
Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in software testing, software engineering and Python scripting
You have good knowledge of bug tracking and issue tracking tools
You have good knowledge in the application of testing techniques and methodologies
You have strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Business fluent in German and English
You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
