Detailed Description

ProPharma are looking for an experienced business to join the business supporting the operations division. The idea candidate will have experience working in an operational support role working with different areas of a large business. This is a fully remote role that can be performed either across the UK, Ireland or Netherlands.

 

  • Create projects based on contracts in the designated system, including (but not only) adding activities/tasks, rates, fixed fees, invoicing schedules, project members etc.
  • Work with finance, service lines, and project managers to ensure projects are created in a way that the projects are fit for time tracking, hour entry and invoicing purposes.
  • Maintain projects throughout the project life cycle and ensure finance is updated when there are changes made to a project for invoicing purposes.
  • Host meetings when required to discuss a project setup and take the lead in guiding this discussion to ensure all impacted stakeholders understand what is requested of them.
  • Reporting about projects, when requested.
  • Serve as a help desk for colleagues from the operation in the fields of used systems, current rules and procedures, business processes.

Ideal experience:

  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, including MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Prior experience in Workday is not required but would be beneficial
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to translate information being received from other departments into Workday
  • Experience hosting/leading project meetings
