Job Description

The Application Administrator is responsible for supporting the implementation and on-going support of ProPharma Groups Workday tenants.  This includes the development, maintenance and adherence to data security protocols and controls which permit accessibility to and ensure integrity of the Workday system at ProPharma Group as well as business process development and maintenance in collaboration with HR and Finance colleagues.  This position acts as the primary Subject Matter Expert ("SME") on Workday security.

Essential Functions Include:

  • In close partnership with the Systems Implementation partner and relevant Functional or Technical Leads on the project team, creates and maintains the Workday security design for configurations, workflows, reports, integrations, tenants.
  • Partners with the relevant ProPharma Group resources to develop the future state User Access Management for Production and non-Production tenants and creates the necessary documentation.
  • Analyzes any new business processes and/or security configurations required, identifies impact of changes and advises stakeholders, performs configuration changes and thoroughly tests all changes.
  • Works with IT security and relevant functional leads to build and maintain:  SSO configuration, Multi-factor authentication and mobile device access to Workday.
  • Manages role-based and ad hoc tenant access appropriately.  Responsible for tenant management strategy. 
  • Creates and documents test scenarios to validate security design, executes the test scenarios and/or provides the test scenarios to other testers for testing, provides inputs on security considerations and dependencies to the Project Managers and Testing Leads for project planning of Testing activities and for all test cycles, etc.
  • Partners with ProPharma Group resources to support any distributed security across other applications based on Workday security roles.
  • Maintains the User Access Management documentation.
  • Works with implementation partners, vendors and key internal stakeholders to build and maintain Workday integrations.  Troubleshoots integrations as necessary and works will stakeholders to resolve efficiently.
  • Partners with relevant resources to identify and develop regular audits of security policies and procedures. Partners with relevant resources to perform the regular audits and report findings. Ensures compliance with segregation of duties best practices. Remediates any issues found during audits. Develops and executes the plan to address any security gaps.
  • Continuously researches and stays educated on all new features or impact of Workday releases or fixes.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent experience.
  • 3 – 5 years as a Workday Administrator (HR, Fin, or Sec).
  • Relevant Workday Certifications a plus.
  • A combination of implementation and operational experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in one or more areas of Workday administration:  HCM, Core Financials, or Security.
  • Proficiency in EIB and Core Connector integrations required.  Experience with Studio integrations a plus. 
  • Must have a can-do attitude along with an ability to learn new skills.
  • Motivated, possesses self-awareness and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with other high-performing team members.
